Koloocheh is a traditional Persian treat baked and eaten on different occasions. These beautiful round golden discs are fashioned with a decoration of indented circles pressed into the dough, which also spreads the rich filling throughout the dough. Filled with delicious coconut to enrich the flavour, they smell incredible as they cook and taste even better!
While Kooloocheh is tasty at any time, it also makes for a hearty breakfast on-the-go or a filling midday snack.
